SBA loans. We offer fixed 25-year terms and leading rates for hotels and owner-occupied properties.
Equity and mezzanine financing. We can tailor this financing to fit your deal, and we can provide loans of $100 million or more.

Bridge Loans

We provide bridge loans worth up to $100 million to address short-term financial gaps. We offer high LTVs of 80 percent, and we can typically complete closing in less than one month, with minimum closing times of 5 days.

CMBS Loans

Our commercial mortgage backed securities feature minimal rates and fixed 10-year terms. These loans are non-recourse and give you the option of cashing out. We can offer up to $50 million to be applied to shopping centers, offices, franchised hotels and more.

Construction Financing

We tailor this financing to fit your transaction, and we may even be able to structure it to convert into permanent financing. You may receive $100 million or more, depending on the relevant experience of the sponsors of your deal.

HUD and FHA Financing

These fixed-rate loans provide long-term, amortized, non-recourse financing for the purchase, building, remodeling or refinancing of eligible properties. These properties include healthcare facilities, senior housing and multifamily rentals. These loans may be worth up to $50 million.
